General Return Policy for BuyNamib

At BuyNamib, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While return policies may vary from vendor to vendor, all sellers on our platform must comply with our general return policy if no specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy has been provided. 

General Guidelines for Returns

1. Return Period: 

Products may be returned within 7-14 days of receiving the item, depending on the product category. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. 

2. Eligible Products for Return:

   – Products that arrived damaged or defective.

   – Incorrect items shipped.

   – Items that do not match their description or images on BuyNamib.

   Certain categories, such as perishable goods, intimate items, and health & hygiene products, may be non-returnable for safety and health reasons.

3. Return Process:

   – Contact the vendor/seller within the return period to initiate the process.

   – Provide proof of purchase and the reason for return.

   – Once the return is authorized, ship the product back to the vendor following the instructions provided.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

   – Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the vendor will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

   – Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

   – If you prefer, an exchange or replacement may be offered for eligible items.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

   – If the return is due to an error by the vendor (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be covered by the vendor.

   – For general returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Item:

   – Gift cards

   – Downloadable software or digital products

   – Health and personal care items

   – Custom-made or personalized products

Important Notes

– BuyNamib strives to make returns simple and transparent. However, it’s important to carefully read individual vendor policies where available, as some sellers may offer extended return windows or additional conditions for certain products.

– If a vendor does not have a specific RMA policy listed, this general return policy will apply by default.
