These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuyNamib (the "Platform"), an online marketplace operated in Namibia that connects buyers with independent sellers. By browsing, registering, buying or selling on BuyNamib you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, for sellers, our Selling Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

BuyNamib is a marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent third-party sellers. Unless a listing is explicitly sold by BuyNamib, the contract of sale for a product is between you and the seller. BuyNamib facilitates discovery, ordering and payment, but is not the manufacturer, importer or merchant of seller products.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to transact. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraud or abuse.

All prices are shown in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed once payment is received or accepted. We and our sellers reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent — and to refund any amount already paid.

You can pay by the methods enabled at checkout, which may include card payment (processed securely by our payment provider), bank transfer, or eWallet. For manual methods you must use your order number as the reference; your order is confirmed once we verify the payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by BuyNamib.

Delivery times and fees depend on the seller and your location in Namibia. Digital products are delivered electronically and made available for download once payment is confirmed. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, contact us within a reasonable period so we can work with the seller to arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are at the seller's discretion. Digital downloads and perishable or personalised goods may not be returnable. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: posting unlawful, infringing or misleading content; attempting to bypass security; harvesting data; or interfering with other users. Listing prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items is not allowed and may result in removal and account closure.

The BuyNamib name, logo, design and software are owned by BuyNamib and protected by law. Seller and product content remains the property of its owner, who grants BuyNamib a licence to display it on the Platform. You may not copy or reuse Platform content without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, BuyNamib is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of independent sellers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
